Returns / Dead on Arrival:
Only when you have submitted your photo’s and recieved confirmation that we have recieved them, you may dispose of the damaged goods, In some cases we may ask you to bring the Livestock into the store for further investigation. Please ask us if we would like you to bring the item into store for inspection.
- In the unlikely event that your Livestock are dead on arrival, please follow the returns procedure:
- Inform us Immediatly and within 1-hour of accepting the delivery; Contact by Telephone Only.
- Ensure you have several clear photo’s of dead Item(s) in its unopened bag; Mobile Phone Photo’s are Acceptable!
- Submit photo’s to us;
Folowing this procedure correctly will ensure a full refund of the DOA Item(s)
